The GS8048A-01 inverter/charger can be used with grid-interactive or off-grid systems. This series (GS4048A-01 and GS8048A-01) of Radians include all the same great features of the original Radians—dual AC inputs, surge suppression, ease of installation and stacking capability—plus great new features.
Advanced battery charging and GridZero technology
Outback Power has included Advanced Battery Charging for expanded charging voltages, helping to accommodate leading-edge battery technologies such as Lithium-Ion and others. GridZero uses the grid at key moments to keep your loads online without cycling your battery bank. By keeping a small stream of grid power channeled to your battery bank you don’t sacrifice its longevity.
